Important Notes:
- We book the courier on your behalf, to make your shopping experience faster and more enjoyable. You are always welcome to send your own courier to collect.
- Bookings will take 48 – 72 hours, this is because we have to ensure availability and condition from our multiple suppliers all over South Africa. We need to ensure you get only the best.
- Lead times for shipment vary from same day to 3 days depending on the time order placed, immediate availability etc.
- We can not guarantee delivery times, that is completely at courier companies discretion, although on average it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery.
- We do not profit from arranging the courier, and do so as a free service, hence we can only assist with tracking. All other queries must be directed to the courier service.
- Courier costs include packaging and boxes where needed.
- Ordered a part and have not received a tracking number? Kindly contact us here for immediate assistance.
- All parcels carry a R1250 automatic insurance, if the parcel is lost or damaged you need to claim from the assigned courier for reimbursement. We do not guarantee a third party companies work ethic or handling of the packages.
