Kindly quote us directly on the following parts needed for our valued clients.
This is an escrow service, meaning we facilitate the transaction in a safe manner for our client and supplier, the following will apply:
- Quote will be send to the client by us.
- If quote is accepted, the client will make full payment to us, including courier fees.
- Courier will be booked by us, waybill will be supplied to the buyer and seller.
- The buyer will have 7 days after receiving the part to request a return and refund.
- When buyer confirms receipt of the part, seller will be paid immediately.
- As a seller in addition to the quote, we will need photos of the part, and if any defects, mention them upfront.
- As a buyer if photos are confirmed, we accept that the part is the correct one, only defective parts will be covered under our Refunds & Return policy. Condition of parts must be ascertain before shipment.
