Verified suppliers can bid on your request. That creates competition — more pricing pressure, more choice, and less waiting for one person to respond.
System 3: Brits Brothers Sourcing Team
If it’s rare or tricky, we escalate to humans. The team posts sourcing updates and can request extra details. You’ll see updates and chat in your dashboard.
How to use it (premium, simple)
Do this once — then check your dashboard for AI matches, bids, and updates.
Fill in year/make/model + parts needed. Add VIN/engine number if possible. Upload a photo if you can.
Go to My Account → Parts Requests to track your request. This is where everything updates.
You’ll see a clear “Bid Received” indicator when supplier bids arrive. Compare price + notes.
Accept a bid to unlock next steps. You can deal direct with supplier, or let Brits Brothers handle safely (courier + payout workflow).
