Trade Partners do not use the public support funnel. You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager and you contact your Account Manager directly for anything trade-related.

How the Network Works
- Apply & Verify: Join the Trade Partners Network and complete basic business checks for trust and safety.
- Meet Your Account Manager: You get a dedicated Account Manager who helps with onboarding, uploads, and sourcing.
- Upload Stock: Send part details/photos or upload via CSV/Excel. If you have a website catalogue, share the link — we can assist.
- Trade Starts: Your stock becomes visible to verified Trade Partners. You can also buy from the network to fulfill your repair needs.
- We Handle the Middle: We manage matching, confirmation, payment, courier booking, and tracking.
- Returns & Disputes: If something comes back, it comes to us. We inspect and process the resolution.
- Monthly Rewards: Your network purchases unlock monthly cash back via EFT (tracked in your Trade Partner dashboard).

Network Rules & Terms (Trade Partners)
1) Scope
Brits Brothersâ„¢ provides a managed trade layer for verified Trade Partners. We facilitate buying and selling within the Trade Partners Network, including matching, payments, courier bookings, after-sales resolution, and account-managed support.
2) Network Model
- Trade Partners can buy from the network and sell surplus stock to the network.
- Every Trade Partner is assigned a dedicated Account Manager as the primary support channel.
- Commercial Trade Partners are prioritised in matching and fulfillment where possible.
3) Returns & Guarantees
- All returns are shipped to Brits Brothersâ„¢ for inspection; Trade Partners do not receive returns directly.
- We process resolutions in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Quality disputes are handled neutrally to protect both sides and keep the network trusted.
4) Trade Partner Obligations
- Provide accurate descriptions (condition, compatibility, defects), clear photos, and readiness to dispatch when confirmed.
- Confirm stock availability promptly when contacted.
- Misrepresentation or repeated failures to supply confirmed stock may lead to suspension to protect network integrity.
5) Rewards (Cash Back)
Network Spend Rewards are calculated monthly based on qualifying network purchases and paid via EFT. Rewards are tracked in your Trade Partner dashboard and are paid separately from invoices to keep normal pricing intact.
Trade Partners contact their Account Manager directly for trade support.
