Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your parcel, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All parts shipped to us after the 7 days have lapsed, must be collected by the buyer from our yard. A 100% Money Back guarantee will apply, if:



  1. The Parts are not used

  2. The Parts are returned in the same condition it was bought

  3. The Parts are returned within 7 days from delivery to you, time taken by the courier to deliver will not be taken into account. 


  4. Important:

    Electrical parts are installed by an accredited installer, and such accreditation is supplied with the refund request.

    No electrical part will be eligible for a refund if the refund request is not accompanied by the certification of the installer.
    Only certification will be accepted and not time in business.

  5. The Parts have not been tampered with, not opened, or damaged, or fitted. 

  6. The correct parts with our engraving mark are returned

  7. The Part Returned Corresponds with the original photos on our website 100%

  8. Parts not faulty but ordered wrong by our client, maybe returned for a refund, however we will deduct a 15% handling fee for admin and staff costs. We work strictly on the SKU numbers on the website, which are unique to each product to ensure we ship exactly what you have ordered.

PLEASE NOTE: All and any courier fees associated with the transaction is NON REFUNDABLE. No courier fees will be refunded, either for initial shipping or return of the parts. Please note, once the parcel is booked with the courier, we will supply a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel, usually on email. We can only give an estimated time of delivery, the courier is ultimately responsible for the time it takes to deliver. We do not track parcels, hence the tracking number supplied for you to use.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 


  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Proof of registration and qualification from installer for all electrical parts.

 

  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be paid to your bank account, to be supplied by the client, with a bank letter stating the account is in your name.

If the refund was rejected, the buyer must collect the part from our yard if shipped back.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ryan@britsbrosparts.co.za or contact us.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail or return your product to: 62 Skool Street Vredenburg.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
