How to Claim
- Open a Ticket — Get Help Fast. Include Order #, delivery date, photos/video.
- Complete the Return Form (RMA) — sent after your ticket is approved.
- Ship Back (You Arrange Courier) — use the address we provide; pack securely; include accessories; keep the waybill.
- Inspection & Outcome — we inspect within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Receive the full approved amount as a voucher code usable on any in-stock item. If you spend less than the credit value, the balance remains for next time. Active immediately after approval.

Important Policy Notes
- No cash refunds unless Brits Brothers™ cannot fulfil the original order.
- Cash refunds (when applicable) are processed less 15% processing/restocking fee.
